If you forgot your password
Click the "Forgot your password?" link below the login form. Enter your username or email, and we will send a password reset link to your registered email address. Follow the link to create a new password. You will then be able to log in with your new credentials.
Password reset links expire after one hour for security. If the link expires, request a new one.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Once logged in, you can enable two-factor authentication in your account settings. When 2FA is enabled, you must enter a six-digit code from your authenticator app (or SMS message) in addition to your password when logging in from a new device. This adds a second layer of security.
We recommend enabling 2FA if you plan to deposit or withdraw significant amounts.
